UniDev LLC is a leader in the creation of workforce housing. We build residences for municipal employees, and the faculty and staff of universities and health systems throughout the United States, by providing real estate development, financial consulting, and design and construction management services. Our financial model can produce both affordable housing and a long-term source of income for our clients.

• In 2004, UniDev was awarded two projects in Hawaii, for Hawaii Reserves, Inc. and St. Francis Healthcare Systems.
  
  
• In April 2005, UniDev was selected by Hawaii County, through a public procurement process, to develop 1,200 units of workforce housing on the Big Island based on UniDev’s proposal for Kamakoa Vistas.
  
  
• In 2005, UniDev was selected by the New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority, through another public procurement process, to serve as the Workforce Housing Master Developer for the State of New Mexico.
  
  
• In 2006 UniDev was engaged by a local foundation to assist in the revitalization of downtown Newark, N.J. through the strategic development of workforce housing, as well as student and related housing for four academic institutions.
