Beverly W. (Bev) Cobb, Executive Assistant (Bethesda, MD)

Bev coordinates the activities of the Chief Executive Officer and has done so since joining Unidev in 2002. Much of her previous experience has been as an assistant for senior executives of small and large companies.

Petrina Lucas, Executive Assistant (Honolulu, HI)

Petrina’s work experience is in administrative support and office services coordination. She grew up on the island of Hawaii and has a B.F.A. in Illustration from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, CA.

Claire Perna, Receptionist (Bethesda, MD)

Claire, a DC native and recent graduate of George Mason University, joined the Bethesda office of UniDev this June.  She has a B.A. in Anthropology and experience with Administrative support.
