Roy Kohr, Controller, Project Accounting (Bethesda, MD)

Roy brings thirty years of accounting experience to UniDev primarily as a controller and a construction cost accountant.  He has set up and administered the accounting for multiple major construction projects for both private industry and the Federal government.  Roy has a B.S. degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.

Christina (Tina) Koustenis, Accounting Assistant (Bethesda, MD)

Tina brings to UniDev many years of administrative and accounting experience having worked for several large technology and research firms in the Washington area. She holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland in Hearing and Speech Sciences.

Steven W. Lam, Manager, Financial Analysis (Los Angeles, CA)

Steven joined UniDev in 2003; before that he was a fixed income analyst for Countrywide Securities Corp.  Steven has experience in financial modeling and structured financing, and has supervised all the analysis on a $3 billion mortgage backed securities deal. He received his B.S. in Finance from University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and is currently pursuing a Construction Management Certificate from California State University, Pomona.

Blake Ohlstrom, Accounting Assistant (Honolulu, HI)

Blake gained five years of experience in finance as a Loan Officer and Financial Specialist at Wachovia Bank in Atlanta, GA. In addition to serving as a Project Assistant at UniDev Hawaii, Blake attends the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Lloyd Tomiyasu, Cost Accountant (Honolulu, HI)

Prior to Lloyd joined UniDev Hawaii in December 2007 bringing nearly twenty years experience as a cost accountant and project controller. He worked for Marriott Vacation Club International for six years and for several real estate and construction related companies in Hawaii. Lloyd has a BA in accounting from the University of Hawaii and is a CPA.
