Scott Anderson, Associate Project Manager (New Mexico)

Scott Anderson is a native New Mexican with significant work experience throughout the Western United States.  Scott has served as a Project Manager for several major construction, real estate development, construction management and architecture firms.  He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees in Architecture from the University of New Mexico where his master’s project focused on the redevelopment of downtown Las Cruces. Scott joined UniDev in 2007 and will be involved with most of the projects in the state.

William L. (Bill) Azzara, Project Manager (Honolulu, HI)

Bill joined UniDev in 2004 after working as an acquisitions and development associate for Lowe Enterprises in Denver.  His experience also includes real estate banking, having been with Rockwood Realty Associates in New York.  He received a B.A. from the University of Richmond and an M.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia Business School.

Michael P. Dunnigan, Senior Project Manager (Honolulu, HI)

Michael moved to Hawaii late in 2006 having managed UniDev’s project in Ventura County, CA. When he joined UniDev in 2005 Michael brought to the company over 20 years experience in the real estate industry including work in all phases of industrial, commercial, and residential construction from concept through design, compliance and final product. He was the Operations Manager for a national design/build contractor, administering government term contracts mostly in excess of $20 million  Michael, who is also educated and trained as an architect, studied Business Administration at the University of Phoenix, AZ.

Venecca Green, Associate Project Manager (Jackson, MS)

Venecca Green is a native Jacksonian. She left Mississippi in 1982 to
join the Central Intelligence Agency where she held various domestic and
foreign assignments during her almost 20 years of employment there.
Venecca was an instructor of polygraph at the Department of Defense
Polygraph Institute in Anniston, AL when she decided to return to
Mississippi to attend the Mississippi College School of Law. When
Venecca joined UniDev in July, 2007, she was practicing real estate and
property law. In addition to a J.D. degree, Venecca received her B.A.
and M.B.A. degrees from Jackson State University.

Jeffrey A. (Jeff) Koskinen, Associate Project Manager (Bethesda, MD)

Prior to coming to UniDev in 2005, Jeff worked in marketing research and pricing strategies.  His real estate experience includes housing market analysis for an advertising agency specializing in reaching new homeowners.  Jeff also worked a business development manager for an Information Technology consulting firm.   He received a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Brett Locke, Senior Project Manager (New Mexico)

Brett Locke joined UniDev in 2007 bringing over 25 years of experience in design and construction planning and management, both as a project manager and as an Owner’s Rep.  He has overseen major pubic works programs and private development projects. Brett is involved with all of UniDev’s New Mexico work with a focus in Southeast New Mexico. He has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.  Brett is a Registered Professional Engineer and Certified Quality Manager.

Bobby L. McMurtry, Construction Manager (Jackson, MS)

UniDev's Site Manager for the Jackson State University Project, Bobby attended JSU where he studied Industrial Arts.  He is a native of Mississippi and is involved in various community real estate projects.  For 15 years Bobby served in the Mississippi Air National Guard as a Heating System Specialist and an Aircraft Mechanic. In addition, he managed his own property management and development company.
