We help our clients undertake a rigorous strategic planning process that allows each organization to articulate its goals and devise a realistic roadmap to accomplish them. Such strategic planning includes a sophisticated feasibility analysis with target market testing. (We conduct focus groups using subjects who are from the categories of employees slated to purchase our residences.) The resulting analysis combines thoughtful reflection with a detailed understanding of the implementation process.
