UniDev provides real estate development services to universities, governmental institutions, school districts, healthcare systems and other not-for-profit organizations. We are the Owner’s Representative for our clients.

UniDev applies creative problem-solving and broad experience to address each institution’s unique situation; we conceptualize the project, determine its feasibility, formulate development plans, obtain necessary financing, oversee construction and (for housing communities) set up and start the management and sales entity.
