Jeffrey
A. (Jeff) Minter, Executive Vice President UniDev
LLC & CEO UniDev Hawaii LLC (Honolulu, HI)
Jeff
Minter has been with UniDev since 1999 first
as the head of our west coast operations running
the California State University projects and
now creating and running the UniDev Hawaii LLC
portfolio. Jeff came to UniDev from the Urban
Land Institute where he was Vice President,
District Councils and where he directed ULI’s
Leadership Development Program, the District
Council and Product Council programs, and the
Advisory Services Program. Mike and Jeff worked
together in the early 90’s on the George
Washington University Student Center and Health
and Wellness Center projects. Prior to that,
Jeff served as vice president of Culbro Homes
in Windsor, CT where he directed investment
analysis and master planning for major residential
development sites.
Jeff has a B.A. in Biology and Chemistry from
MacMurray College in Jacksonville, IL and an
M.B.A in Finance from the University of Hartford
in West Hartford, CT.
William
L. (Bill) Azzara, Project Manager (Honolulu,
HI)
Bill joined UniDev in 2004 after working as
an acquisitions and development associate for
Lowe Enterprises in Denver. His experience
also includes real estate banking, having been
with Rockwood Realty Associates in New York.
He received a B.A. from the University of Richmond
and an M.B.A in Finance and Real Estate from
Columbia Business School.
Craig
Dougal, Project Manager (Honolulu, HI)
After spending many years managing international
construction and real estate projects in China
and Australia, Craig joined UniDev Hawaii in
2006. Earlier he had been the CEO of Native
Hawaiian Development LLC, working with the Department
of Hawaiian Home Lands creating mortgage lending
programs for Native Hawaiians and tribal enterprises.
Craig also was the Executive Director of the
Indian Housing Authority in Washington State.
He has a bachelor’s degree in Commerce
from the University of Natal and a graduate
degree from Queens College, both in South Africa; Craig
also completed the Facilities Management Certificate
Program at University of California, Irvine.
Michael
P. Dunnigan, Senior Project Manager (Honolulu,
HI)
Michael moved to Hawaii late in 2006 having
managed UniDev’s project in Ventura County,
CA. When he joined UniDev in 2005 Michael brought
to the company over 20 years experience in the
real estate industry including work in all phases
of industrial, commercial, and residential construction
from concept through design, compliance and
final product. He was the Operations Manager
for a national design/build contractor, administering
government term contracts mostly in excess of
$20 million Michael, who is also educated
and trained as an architect, studied Business
Administration at the University of Phoenix,
AZ.
Petrina
Lucas, Executive Assistant (Honolulu, HI)
Petrina’s work experience is in administrative
support and office services coordination. She
grew up on the island of Hawaii and has a B.F.A.
in Illustration from the Academy of Art University,
San Francisco, CA.
Blake
Ohlstrom, Accounting Assistant (Honolulu, HI)
Blake gained five years of experience in finance
as a Loan Officer and Financial Specialist at
Wachovia Bank in Atlanta, GA. In addition to
serving as a Project Assistant at UniDev Hawaii,
Blake attends the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Lloyd
Tomiyasu, Cost Accountant (Honolulu, HI)
Prior to Lloyd joined UniDev Hawaii in December
2007 bringing nearly twenty years experience
as a cost accountant and project controller.
He worked for Marriott Vacation Club International
for six years and for several real estate and
construction related companies in Hawaii. Lloyd
has a BA in accounting from the University of
Hawaii and is a CPA.
